Location

Located in the historical center of Funchal, where all guests may take in the arquitectual beauty, the peacefulness, the artistic and cultural dinamic as well as the regional gastronomy.

The Old Town of Funchal was transformed in 2011, with the art project called “Arte de Portas Abertas” (art of the open doors), based on paintings on the old and abandoned doors of the various buildings in this site. At the moment, it is Funchal’s most visited area by the locals and tourists, due to its beauty and wide variety of coffee shops and restaurants.

The House

The Old Town Madeira House is a holiday home was devolped in order to give the best service and well being to all guests, that choose Madeira Island for their holiday destiny.

The holiday house has two floors, on the ground floor you will find the living room, a bathroom with shower, a complete kitchen and a courtyard with a barbecue, great to relax at the end of the day. The top floor has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub.

The house is equipped with everything you need to feel at home, such as, a LCD in the living room, a audio column with bluetooth, DVD reader and WIFI. The bathrooms are equipped with toilet paper, shower gel, hand soap, towels and hair dryer. The rooms have ar conditioning, linen, and blankets, everything you need to feel comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, fridge, oven, micro-wave, dishwasher machine, washing machine, stove top, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. All cleaning products are included, such as soap for the disherwasher, the washing machine and for the dishes.
